Tranquil Tuscan Farmhouse

We had a lovely time.staying at this farmhouse cottage. It is very peaceful, has lovely views and a fantastic swimming pool. The property is well equipped and well maintained and has all essential facilities. is It is a good base to explore the hilltop towns in southern Tuscany. A car is essential and the cottage is 1.8 Km down an unmade road, hence the wonderful peaceful setting.

Fabulous farmhouse apartment

This little property was beautiful, quaint and the pool was amazing. We have had a fabulous time and it is a great location for visiting all the small towns and bigger cities that are famous in the area. The only point of note is the road to the accommodation, we would advise anyone staying to hire a 4 wheel drive SUV rather than a low lying car which we had. It was okay but it is a rough road to drive along. Otherwise, the property was fantastic, thank you Giani!

Ein großartiger Ort sich bestens zu erholen. Ansprechpartner vor Ort: Das Ehepaar hat uns herzlichst aufgenommenen und willkommen geheißen. Sehr fürsorglich und dennoch zurückhaltend. Wie es eine sehr gute Nachbarschaft ausmacht. Haus hat alles, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Sehr empfehlenswert und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles Ferienhaus in sehr ruhiger Lage

Das Haus war sehr sauber und entspricht den Fotos im Inserat. Leider war die Geschirrspülmaschine defekt und die Reparatur dauerte fast eine Woche. Das Highlight ist sicherlich der Pool zur Alleinnutzung! Die Lage ist sehr abgeschieden und die Anreise nur über einen 1,8 km langen Schotterweg möglich, was für uns aber kein Problem war. Supermärkte gibt es in 12 km Entfernung (Colle de Val d'Elsa), daher müssen Einkäufe ggfls. gut geplant werden. In Casole d'Elsa gibt es nur einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen, dafür aber einige schöne Restaurants, die wir häufig besucht haben.

Wunderschönes Haus mit absoluter Entspannung

Wir sind angekommen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Das Haus war bis auf den letzten Winkel sauber und in alles Bereichen sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist natürlich abseits gelegen. Die Zufahrt erfolgt über einen ca. 2 km langen Schotterweg. Das Haus selbst befindet sich in einem ehemaligen Bauernhof. Es ist traumhaft gelegen. Jeder der Entspannung und Idylle sucht ist bestens aufgehoben. Die wunderbare Terrasse, der riesige Pool zur Alleinbenutzung liegen in einem wunderbar angelegten und gepflegten Garten mit hübschen Blumen und traumhafter Aussicht. Es ist sowohl für Familien mit Kindern und Paaren geeignet. Der Pool und die Außenanlagen bieten viel Bewegungsfreiheit und Privatsphäre. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, absolut sauber und die Ausstattung modern. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern, welche ab und an auf dem gleichen Grundstück wohnen war diskret und unkompliziert. Fazit...wir würden jederzeit wieder in dieses toskanische Haus kommen! Aber als Tipp... Mückenspray mitnehmen!

Unvergesslicher Sommerurlaub

Wir haben zwei Wochen in diesem ländlich toskanisch eingerichteten Ferienhaus verbracht. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Eigentümerin war immer sehr nett . Das Haus war sehr sauber bei der Ankunft und auch die Anlagen waren sehr gepflegt.wir erhielten neue Bettwanach einer Woche von der Eigentümerin. Der Anfahrtsweg ist sehr abenteuerlich aber typisch für die Toskana. Man geniesst dort die Ruhe in der Angeschiedenheit .

Une maison agréable mais un hôte désagréable

Lieu parfait, super piscine, super extérieurs. L'annonce précisait que la location incluait la climatisation, mais à notre arrivée celle-ci s'avère payante, pour 140 euros la semaine... Nous avons tenté d'expliquer la situation, essayé de trouver un terrain d'entente car nous ne sommes pas restés 7 jours pleins, mais l'hôte est littéralement resté muet sur ce sujet. Et le pire, et de loin, pas d'état des lieux d'entrée, mais un état des lieux de sortie poussé dans les moindres recoins, il n'y avait rien à dire mais c'est tout simplement scandaleux de la part de l'hôte !
