The large kitchen area is very well equipped with 2 stoves and 2 dishwashers, so cooking and tidying up is easy - even when you are many people together. The house's activity opportunities are top class. Here you can compete in pool, table tennis, table football and air hockey, while the little ones can have fun with the two seesaws. Regardless of age, the stage is set for many hours of entertainment. After an active day, you can relax in the large infrared sauna or enjoy the luxurious steam cabin. Outdoors, a heated hot tub with room for 6 people awaits you – perfect for relaxing under the open sky. The large plot also offers plenty of space and various play equipment for the children. As an added bonus, you have free access to the swimming pool in Skærbækcentret, where there is the opportunity for even more water activities. The area offers exciting excursion destinations within a short driving distance. Visit Ribe with its unique history and charm, Gram Castle, experience nature at the Wadden Sea Centre, or take a trip to the Chamber Lock. For a very special experience, you can visit Mandø, which is only accessible at low tide – you can hop on the Mandø bus and get an experience out of the ordinary. Practical information: On arrival, the key is handed out by the caretaker, who at the same time reviews and reads the consumption meters together with you. On departure, the meters are read again, and consumption of electricity, heat and water is settled directly to the caretaker.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
