The house was built in 2010 and offers a modern interior with a house area of 250 square meters, which provides plenty of space for up to 18 people. Situated on a large plot of 3500 square meters, there is ample opportunity for both playing and relaxing outdoors.



The house is not rented out to youth groups/party groups.



The house is located only 2000 meters from the North Sea, which gives you the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful beaches and water activities whenever you want. The spacious and comfortable bedrooms include 7 rooms in total, 4 of which have double beds, 2 have bunk beds and 1 has 2 single beds. This ensures that all guests will find a comfortable place to sleep.



The facilities in the house are nothing short of impressive. There are 3 bathrooms, each with a shower, toilet and washbasin. Underfloor heating throughout the house, including the bathrooms, ensures a comfortable temperature all around, even on the coldest days. For extra comfort, you can enjoy a warm and relaxing moment in the indoor hot tub, which can accommodate 7 people, or take a dip in the outdoor hot tub, which also has a can accommodate up to 7 people.



For those who love to be active, there is a lovely pool with a fun water slide, that will entertain both children and adults. Outside, you will find an enclosed terrace where you can relax with a glass of wine from the wine fridge or grill delicious meals on the barbecue. The little guests will love the sandbox and swings that provide hours of fun.



The house is also equipped with modern appliances to make your stay as comfortable as possible. You will find a microwave, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, so that all practical needs are covered. There is also wireless internet and Chromecast for entertainment, as well as a television with both Danish and German TV. You can also enjoy a cozy evening by the house's wood-pellet stove (pellets must be brought), which creates a warm and inviting atmosphere.



Up to 3 pets are welcome, so you can take your four-legged friends with you on vacation. The house is perfect for families with small children, as there is both a cot and a high chair available.
