The accommodation, of 220 m², has 5 bedrooms, offering space and comfort for group stays. It is equipped with air conditioning throughout the property, heat pump heating, high-speed wifi, a Smart TV and fans, guaranteeing a pleasant stay throughout the year.



The independent induction kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer, ideal for preparing group meals with complete convenience.



The exterior invites you to enjoy the environment: garden, 20 m² terrace with furniture and charcoal barbecue, perfect for outdoor gatherings. Furthermore, it has a private removable swimming pool, available from 1st June to 15th September, ideal for cooling off during the summer months.



Located in the town centre of Yunquera, you will have supermarkets, restaurants and cafés just a few metres away, and close access to Sierra de las Nieves National Park, hiking trails and unique natural environments. You will also be able to easily visit Ronda, Marbella or Malaga.
