Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialising in holiday accommodations since 2005.



Discover this spacious and bright terraced house of 173 m², perfect for families or groups of up to 8 people looking for rest, space and a privileged location next to the Lauro Golf course, one of the best golf courses in the Guadalhorce Valley, with a social club that provides excellent attention and catering service (not included).



The property offers a modern and comfortable environment with views of the golf course, garden, and mountain, combining tranquillity and proximity to all services. It has 3 main bedrooms, as well as an open area on the upper floor with two single beds and access to two private terraces, ideal for enjoying sunrise and sunset. The three bedrooms have air conditioning, which provides an extra level of comfort at any time of the year. Only the open space on the upper floor, where the two beds are located, does not have air conditioning.



It has a main bedroom with a 1.80 m bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower, two additional bedrooms with single beds, a full bathroom and a toilet on the main floor. The living room has a fireplace and direct access to the terrace.



The property is equipped with high-speed WiFi, air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms, central heating and television, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout the year. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all the necessary kitchenware.



On the outside, you will be able to enjoy a private terrace of 25 m², perfect for outdoor meals, as well as access to communal swimming pool open all year round (hours 10:00 to 22:00) and padel courts within the urbanisation.



Located just 500 metres from the golf course and restaurant, and a few minutes from Alhaurín el Grande and Alhaurín de la Torre, you will have easy access to supermarkets, nature, beaches and Málaga capital.
