It’s a quiet place to lay your head for a night and the staff were nice. However, the cleanliness was lacking (stains on the comforter, moth holes in curtains, and melted cheese on top of the fridge) and just because there’s a stove and fridge on the listing, don’t expect to cook unless you’re bringing your pots, pans, and utensils with you…

Clean. Check-in and out was done efficiently, but getting someone to the desk required finding and calling a number. The office does not open until 9:00 AM, so I had to wait, assuming I needed to formally check out at all. I forgot to ask, but I was given credit for a deposit required immediately when I did, so that was good. The location put me 5 minutes from being parked at Greenville Convention Center, which was a wonderful advantage for my 4 day conference. The other direction out of the parking lot put you on Haywood RD and lots of dining choices. Starbucks was in walking distance, but traffic made walking a bit dicey. The parking lot often had people hanging out. Signs warn to lock cars and take valuables out of cars. I parked near the front entrance. I found the people I passed coming and going to be not problem. I smiled and nodded or spoke to their well-tended dogs and got along fine. Everything in the room worked, though some things like the stove, looked pretty old. There was no good place besides the bed to watch the television, and since it was small and a fair distance off, that wasn't ideal. You could possibly have perched on the padded kitchen counter stools with backs to watch. Free internet with no password was slow when I tried it. The paid channel for $5 a night might have been better. One of the biggest aggravations was that the key card was wonky for the outside doors, requiring several tries most times. No insect problems in room.

Die Lage ist super, allerdings werden die Bettwäsche nur alle zwei Wochen gewechselt, was etwas schade ist, und ich habe mir aus irgendeinem Grund einen Ausschlag zugezogen. Die Zimmer können auch ziemlich laut sein, deshalb habe ich zum Schlafen Ohrstöpsel benutzt. Die Preise sind jedoch angemessen und die Lage ist definitiv ein Pluspunkt.
