The house was beautiful and nicely decorated. The neighborhood seemed sketchy but in all honesty it is just a neighborhood of older homes. Met the neighbors across the street and they were really friendly. In fact, we gave her our leftover unopened food. Hate to waste. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.
The Blue Bungalow was exactly what we needed! The property was clean, comfortable, and matched the online listing perfectly. The location was fantastic, and the neighborhood was quiet yet close to everything we needed. The property managers were incredibly responsive and worked with us to ensure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.
I was in town for the sec tournament. I needed a comfortable and quiet place to relax after long days at the games. This property was perfect and exactly as advertised. I am satisfied and will recommend this property to others.
Property was very well kept. 2 Bedrooms and 2 baths made it very livable for my family. Close to a walking trail. Owners responded in a timely manner when needed.
This house has all the amenities. Located about 15 minutes from everywhere in Greenville in what looks to be an up and coming community. Host responds quickly to messages.
This house is so cute! It’s well appointed and extremely clean! Has everything you’d need. Looks brand new. So convenient to Swamp Rabbit Trail and also to downtown Greenville.
Host is super quick to respond to messages, too.
Yes the area is being revitalized and some of the homes are in poor condition. But it’s extremely quiet and all the people we passed on bikes waved and were very nice. We will be back!
The location for cycling and exploring the beautiful Greenville area was perfect. We felt completely safe and comfortable cycling the 2-3 minutes to/from the Swamp Rabbit Trail and the lovely new Unity Park and Commons area.
The house was perfect! Clean, comfortably furnished, and very well set up to accommodate meal prep, watching a movie, relaxing with a good book after a full day of adventuring and enjoying a local brew on the covered front porch or back deck.
Checkin was easy. Communication with our hosts was excellent.
We hope to be able to return to the area and this lovely house again!
First week in March ‘23. A & J
We stayed for the full month of February. The blue bungalow did not disappoint! We came to the area in search for a home to purchase. The location of this historic district became centrally located for that purpose along with neighboring to the swamp rabbit trail; 2 miles on the trail was a quaint coffee/ sandwich shop and a grocery store. The kitchen was fully stocked to prepare any meal on the menu. The neighborhood is older and historic with many homes in the area getting a facelift. The nights were quiet ensuring a good nights sleep.
We didn’t find our home this time, however we plan to come back in a few months. We know where we will be staying again if it’s available. Richard was very receptive, courteous and quick to respond-all for the making of a five star review.
Extremely clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. It was a short walk (maybe 1/3 mile) to the Swamp Rabbit trail which leads into town and the Liberty Bridge. I walked the trial one way or the other every day( highly recommend!) Richard was extremely responsive and helpful with suggestions or directions. Neighborhood is somewhat run-down but turning. I felt safe walking alone to the path during the day.
Very nice home ! I know entering the neighborhood can give you pause, but it was quiet, everyone was friendly. My best review is "we would stay there again"
This was a perfect little2 bedrrom for a stay in Greenville. Comfy and clean. All the needed amenities.Communication with the host and check in directions were eaisly navigagted.
The Blue Bungalow was great! The neighborhood is a bit different, but all the neighbors seemed to be friendly. We liked the pull through driveway. The open concept is nice and comfortable. The beds are memory foam, which for me and my wife were not the most comfortable. Convenient location to all the Upcountry.
Beautiful house and property manager was very responsive. Property is within a couple of miles to downtown venues and restaurants

About the host
Hosted by Richard
My wife and I live in Greenville, SC and love calling it home. We also love hosting guests at our VRBO, enjoying the outdoors by running, biking, and hiking.
Why they chose this property
I chose to buy this property due to it's proximity to downtown Greenville, the Swamp Rabbit Trail (SRT), and the city's newest park, Unity Park. The neighborhood is an up and coming area, but I have had only good relations with my neighbors. My wife and I have frequently run and walked from the house to the SRT just like any other neighborhood.
