A short walk on the trial brings one to a food hall and breweries.

This property was in an excellent location for downtown, two close separate areas to get to the Rabbit trail and close access to breweries and restaurants. The neighborhood is in a transitional area and the neighbors we met are very nice. My friend and I had a very nice time and visited several nice wineries after hiking. House was very nicely updated with everything we needed and very comfortable bedding. We had a great visit.

The home was very clean and well stocked with all of the items you need for a stay. The owner was very quick to answer any questions we had before and during our stay. The home was also very close to downtown Greenville making it very convenient to explore! Will definitely stay again!

Very easy access to DT Greenville and other areas! Definitely in an up and coming neighborhood.. the neighborhood looks a bit worn but don’t let it fool you. We felt safe and didn’t have any noise except a bit of traffic on the street in front of the house ( I wonder if that was because of the bridge construction close). The house was super clean and comfortable! Would highly recommend

Why they chose this property

I chose to buy this property due to it's proximity to downtown Greenville, the Swamp Rabbit Trail (SRT), and the city's newest park, Unity Park. The neighborhood is an up and coming area, but I have had only good relations with my neighbors. My wife and I have frequently run and walked from the house to the SRT just like any other neighborhood.
