Classy Copacetic Cottage-King bd, Clean, close to Downtown, Furman, Swamp Rabbit

This is our second Short term rental family renovation project and we hope you will give us a try! You will be close to everything when you stay with us. Close to downtown Greenville, Furman, Swamp Rabbit Trail, Travelers Rest, and more. Paris Mtn State Park is just down the road. This completely furnished, recently renovated, 2-bedroom, 1 bath home has a fully-stocked kitchen (really!) and more. Non-smoking and pet-free. Private with a drive- through driveway. Immaculate, well kept, cozy and comfortable.

Everyone who stayed there was pleasantly surprised at how great this house was! It was even better than the pictures portrayed. The Kitchen was modern, comfortable, and spacious. The living room furniture was just right and the beds were comfortable! The location is a bit of a drive to all the cool spots like TR and West Greenville but definitely worth it for the price! We hope to stay here again next trip to Greenville!

This was the best stocked VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. Everything you could possibly want was provided. Beds super comfy. Very clean! The shower was super slippery even with a mat so be careful there. Very convenient to all Greenville has to offer. Would stay again!

Born and raised here in Greenville, I enjoy hiking, disc golf, hanging out with friends, and chatting over a good cup of coffee in one of Greenville’s many local coffee shops!

Why they chose this property

This location really is a super convenient place to stay if you're coming to Greenville for anything... You're just 30 minutes from the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, 1 hour from Asheville (Biltmore House and more), not even that far from Chimney Rock, 8 min from downtown, 5 min from Furman, and 8 min from the Swamp Rabbit Trail, which is a favorite around here. Come and give us a try!

What makes this property unique

We believe our attention to DETAIL sets us apart! Our family has stayed in too many cabins, etc, that aren’t kept to a high standard of “clean” and often feel like they supply a mishmash of pots and pans, utensils, dishes…you get the idea. We strive to keep the house pristine and replace items frequently when they show signs of wear. We want you to feel like you’re our first guest with everything in optimal condition!
We live 10 minutes down the road and maintain the house ourselves so we have a very “hands on” approach to managing and we think you’ll agree that it shows and makes for a better guest experience.
We’re always open to suggestions too, so don’t hesitate to reach out!
