About this property

Apartment with parking included

Our newly renovated home is in an ideal location for exploring the beautiful city of Gijón.
Just 5 minutes from the famous Begona Park and right behind the Los Fresnos shopping centre, our area is full of local restaurants.
The beach is a 15-minute walk through city centre.
In short, you can leave your car in the car park—which is two parallel streets away from the house—and explore the city on foot.
Our home is small, but very cosy and comfortable.
The apartment is on the second floor and does not have an lift.

We really enjoyed our stay here, and especially appreciated the coffee and dehumidifier. The apartment is super cute, and comfortable, and we loved the style. It is a short walk downtown, and to all the fun markets and restaurants. Note that there is not an elevator, and the parking garage is two short blocks away.
