It also includes a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, WiFi, and a Smart TV—everything you need for a pleasant stay in the heart of the city.

The space

Suite Plaza Nueva offers a comfortable, bright, and thoughtfully designed space focused on comfort. The apartment features a main bedroom with a 1.50 x 2 m double bed, designed to ensure a restful night after a day exploring Granada.

The living room is cozy and functional, equipped with a comfortable Italian-style sofa bed (1.60 x 1.95 m) for two people and a 43-inch Smart TV, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax after sightseeing. In the same space, there is a practical dining area, ideal for sharing meals or enjoying a quiet moment.

The kitchen is fully equipped, modern, and practical, designed so you can prepare your meals with ease during your stay. It includes a two-burner ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, and all necessary kitchenware. Additionally, the apartment has a washing machine, iron, and ironing board, which are especially convenient for both short and long stays.

The apartment also includes a full bathroom equipped with a shower, bidet, and hairdryer.

For added comfort, the suite features wall-mounted air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and WiFi throughout the property, as well as a workspace with a desk—ideal for those combining leisure and work during their stay.

Located on the first floor, Suite Plaza Nueva combines space, comfort, and a prime location in the center of Granada.

Every detail has been carefully considered to offer a practical, comfortable, and welcoming experience—perfect for enjoying Granada with all the comforts from the very first moment.

Notice: The building does not have private parking or public parking in the immediate area.

Arrival instructions will include the location of two nearby parking spaces available for your use.

Please note that, due to local regulations, only vehicles meeting the required emissions standards are allowed access to the area; otherwise, entry will not be permitted.

Guest access

When you stay in our apartment, you will have the entire space exclusively for you and your companions. From the moment you arrive, you can enjoy complete privacy and comfort in every corner of this cozy accommodation.

Other things to note

A security deposit is required and will be charged before the start of your stay. This amount will be automatically refunded within 24 to 72 hours after check-out, provided no damages or incidents are detected.



If you need a crib or high chair, please check availability in advance. This service carries an additional cost.

For safety reasons, we do not provide pillows in baby cots, following the recommendations of the Spanish Association of Pediatrics, which advises not to use them until the baby transitions to a bed.

However, if your baby is used to sleeping with a pillow, you are welcome to bring your own.



Important: In accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021, all accommodations in Spain are required to register each guest and submit their information to the authorities. Therefore, before accessing the property, you will need to complete a form with the details of all guests.
