A gorgeous light-filled, spacious two-level penthouse in the center of Paris, with classic Parisian rooftop views. Designed by an architect and completely remodeled in 2021, this unique duplex is located on the 2 top floors of a typical Parisian walk-up building.

The bottom floor is one common space - living room, dining room, kitchen (with all amenities). It has a veranda on one side and a big window wall that fully opens on a cute terrasse overlooking the street and the beautiful Saint Denis arch. There is also a hidden full bathroom which ravishes everyone.

The upper floor hosts the 3 bedrooms and another full bathroom filled with light, especially in the evening when the sun sets, from where you can also spot the Eiffel tower. You will find one master bedroom with a queen bed and two single-bed bedrooms (our teenager kids' bedrooms)

Very easy public transport (Metro lines 3, 4, 8 and 9) and very easy to reach all train stations or airports. It is walking distance to the Louvre and the Tuileries gardens, Notre Dame, the Seine riverbanks, the main department stores, the Opera, the Bastille square, the Marais, and Les Halles shopping areas, or even Saint-Germain des Près.

The neighborhood is lively, full of specialty food shops, cool restaurants and bars.
