Large charming flat between Bastille and Marais

This large 110 m² flat combines charm and modernity. Carefully decorated and well equipped, it can accommodate up to 6 people + 1 baby. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are very large with their own bathroom. All rooms have double beds - 1 baby bed can be provided. There are 2 bathrooms - one with a shower and the second with a bath - There are 2 toilets in the flat: 1 toilet in one of the bedrooms and 1 separate toilet.
The flat is ideal for a good stay with family or friends.
It is located right next to the famous Aligre market, where you can do your shopping in 5 minutes on foot and enjoy the fully equipped kitchen. Just 500 metres from the flat, you can enjoy croissants and delicious pastries from the great chef Cyril Lygnac or try his gastronomic brasserie.
Two parks are nearby (less than 5 minutes on foot). Located next to the Bastille, in the heart of Paris, the flat is well served (Bus, Metro,) and offers you the possibility to do many activities to enhance your stay. Indeed, the 11th district of Paris will delight the gastronomes with its numerous Restaurants as well as the amateurs of Shopping.
In 20 minutes on foot, you can reach the Marais district (Picasso and Carnavalet museums), the Beaubourg centre, the Louvre and the Opera. And yes, you are in Paris! 20 minutes by RER to Disney Park

Best possible host. Virginie was very responsive and helpful and gracious. The location is perfect if you want easy access to transportation (two metro stations nearby), many dining options, and yet far enough away from the tourists centers to feel like you're in a real neighborhood. The apartment is very large for what you'd expect in Paris and the kitchen is well equipped. The furnishings are a little dated, but feel homey and comfortable.

Very nice apartment on the (US) 3rd floor (up two flights of stairs). Plenty of room for our group of 4 family members. So many nearby restaurants! The host communicated with us well, and we had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer. The kitchen had plenty of tools for cooking though we didn’t use them with so many great restaurants nearby. Highly recommend this home and host.

Great Location

Great experience. My only drawback was the 2nd floor. Two steep flights of stairs. Lovely apartment. Plenty of room for a family. Great local Resturants. On the down side, noisy neighbors every night. I would stay here again.

Clean, Quiet and Convenient

With so many choices for apartments in Paris, this is one that should be highly considered. I will begin with the ONLY complaint I had, it's on the second floor and there is no lift. Other than that, the unit is great. We experienced no noise issues despite it's location on a street that is busy during the day. The metro lines were a brief walk (5-10) minutes and there is a small market around the corned for your drinks and snacks. We walked to the Bastille and Notre Dame and back with ease. There are enough Restaurants within a short walk to make the decision of which to choose difficult and more patisseries than you need. I would not hesitate to rent it again next time I visit Paris.

My family of five stayed in this apartment during our recent trip to Paris. It was perfect for us, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Very spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. The hosts were wonderful. Great communication and Luke made the check-in process so easy. It was a little out of the way, but the upside is that the neighborhood wasn't touristy. It had a very local vibe. There are plenty of markets, pharmacies, cafes, and boulangeries nearby. The metro station was a short walk and we easily got anywhere we needed to go. The lack of A/C was a bit of an issue, but only because we happened to be there during the heat wave. There are fans in each bedroom and large windows we kept open at night. All in all, it was a great stay and the perfect "home base" for us as we explored Paris.

Perfect family apartment
