You’re welcomed by a thoughtfully designed kitchen and small dining area, fully equipped for an easy stay. Whether it’s a quick breakfast or a relaxed meal, everything is within reach: microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge with water dispenser and freezer, plus all cookware and utensils. Essentials like olive oil, salt, pepper, vinegar, and cleaning supplies are provided so you can feel at home right away.

Further in, two bright bedrooms are filled with natural light. The first features a bunk bed with a double mattress below and a single above, along with a wardrobe. The second offers another bunk bed with memory foam mattresses, designed for a comfortable night’s sleep.

The modern bathroom includes a shower, fresh towels, and complimentary shampoo and body wash—everything you need to refresh after a day out. You’ll also have access to an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer for added convenience.

For guests traveling by car, permit parking voucher is available for £12 per day.

For stays of 10 nights or more, weekly or fortnightly cleaning and linen changes can be arranged for an additional charge.

Damage protection and check-in

A refundable £250 damage deposit is required before arrival. Alternatively, guests may select a non-refundable £40 damage waiver.

Guests must complete our online check-in form, agree to our terms and conditions and provide valid government-issued photo identification.

These requirements help protect our guests and accommodation.

Discounts of up to 20% may be available for stays of 28 nights.
