The Conifers is a bright and spacious family home in Witney. This detached 4-bed home sleeps up to 7 people and is also one of the few pet-friendly family homes in the area.

It is a modern home that has been recently redecorated and fully refurnished. It is tucked away behind an established row of conifers at the end of a quiet close on the outskirts of Witney, just 5 minutes drive from the town centre.

The space
The Conifers is a bright, detached 4-bedroom home in Witney, offering comfortable accommodation for up to 7 guests. As one of the few pet-friendly family homes in the area, it’s perfect for those travelling with furry companions.
Recently redecorated and fully refurbished, this modern property is nestled behind a row of mature conifers, providing a peaceful setting at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Despite its tranquil location on the outskirts of Witney, it’s just a 5-minute drive to the town centre, offering both convenience and seclusion.
Guests enjoy full, private access to the entire house. On the ground floor, the bright and spacious living room features brand new sofas and a smart TV with Netflix and internet access. Double doors open into the dining room, leading to a lovely conservatory equipped with both a ceiling fan and underfloor heating, making it a cosy spot to relax in any season.
Also on the ground floor, you'll find a convenient downstairs loo and a fully equipped kitchen, stocked with everything you need for a true home-away-from-home experience.

Upstairs, there are four well-appointed bedrooms and a family bathroom with an over-bath shower. The house comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests:

Bedroom 1: 1x single (note: this built-in bed is full-sized and very comfortable for an adult, accessible via a 3-step ladder as shown in the photos)
Bedroom 2: king-size bed and 1 single bed
Bedroom 3: super-king zip link (can be configured as twin beds)
Bedroom 4: 1 single bed

All beds feature high-quality mattresses, along with hotel-standard duvets, pillows, linens, and bath sheets.
The outdoor area includes a sunny garden with a patio, garden furniture, and a BBQ, perfect for relaxing or dining alfresco. At the front of the house, there's off-road parking for up to 3 cars.

Guests have access to the whole house, garden and off road parking for up to 3 cars at the front of the house.

This is a no smoking property.
We ask that guests are respectful of our neighbours and observe quiet hours between 11pm-7am.
