The guest shall bear full legal and financial liability for any resulting damage. ➢ Please do not use water recklessly. ➢ Interruptions or fluctuations in the water supply may occur due to external factors such as maintenance works, municipal network failures, or increased seasonal demand. Neither the company nor the property is responsible for any such interruptions or delays in restoration, as these matters are beyond their direct control. ➢ Children should be supervised by an adult. ➢ Please keep the screens (where they are installed) closed at all hours. ➢ The additional cleaning service in short-term rental accommodations, according to the legislation, is provided by a professional cleaning crew, only at the request of the guest and at an additional charge. ➢ Following the above regulation for short-term rental accommodation, the provision of additional bed linen, or their change during your stay can be provided by an extra charge and costs 5 euros per person, plus 15 euro the cost of transporting bed linen to the accommodation.
