Amazing

We loved our stay here. Amazing scenery and so peaceful. The cottage is quirky, excellently equipped and the beds were so comfortable. The moment we arrived we felt relaxed and stayed that way all week. Hope to return

Perfect remote cottage

The two of us spent 4 nights here and used it for a base to explore the countryside, do some walks along Hadrians Wall, visit some castles and just generally enjoy Northumberland. It was great - no one within shouting distance except some cows that would wander by to check us out occasionally. A cozy inside, plenty of space and a spacious bathroom and well equipped kitchen (we cooked breakfast everyday and prepared dinner a couple of nights). Hexham is a 10-15 minute drive with big grocery stores and restaurants, and there are a few smaller shops and places to eat even closer. A gem of a place…
