Outside, there is an enclosed deck area with patio and garden, along with private parking for three cars. Within 1 mile, you will find a shop and pub. Please note, this property welcomes one well-behaved dog, but is non-smoking. Wi-Fi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. North Somercotes, a seaside community in Lincolnshire's marshes region, is located in the East Lindsey district. Louth, which is eleven miles distant and has Georgian alleys with Grade II listed buildings, St. James Church, a theatre, a museum, shopping options, and a wide variety of restaurants, is known as the capital of the Lincolnshire Wolds. Mablethorpe, a busy coastal town with a sandy beach and a variety of attractions, and Sutton On Sea, an unspoiled community with a good selection of independent shops and Blue Flag award-winning beaches, are located a little farther up the coast. Market Rasen Racecourse is located further inland, where you may enjoy a busy race day throughout the racing season. For outdoor enthusiasts, the Saltfleetby-Theddlethorpe Dunes National Natural Reserve is a must-see.
