Catchwater, a single-storey shepherd's hut, consists of an open-plan living space with a breakfast bar seating two, woodburning stove, combi microwave/oven, two-ring electric hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, cafetière. The bedroom is a kingsize with Smart TV, serviced by a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. Outside, there is a non-enclosed front garden with decking, chairs, stone standing for a barbecue/fire pit, and off-road parking for one car. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Guests can find a shop in 1.6 miles, and a pub in 1.8 miles. Your stay at Catchwater is sure to be a memorable one. Note: There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of 150GBP.
