All ground barn conversion is situated in Carrog near Corwen and sleeping eight people in three bedrooms and a sofabed.2 x double (one with en-suite shower, basin and WC), 1 x twin with en-suite shower, basin and WC.



The Space:

Twin room has full access en suite/walk-in wet room, shower, grab handles/alarm cord, room has ramp to the outside. Family Bathroom with bath, hand-held shower, basin and WC. Elec oven and hob, microwave, fridge/ freezer, wash machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher. Kitchen/diner. Oil central heating. Lounge, sofabed, Smart TV/DVD in plus Freeview. Guests need their own account for Netflix etc, please log out before check out. Elec fire with flame effect. WiFi, Fuel, power, linen, towels,Travel cot, highchair and stairgate included. Off road parking for 2 cars. Courtyard patio and furniture. In 2026 rear decking will be removed/replaced with a step, the twin room will still have a ramp to the ground. Two well-behaved pets welcome. There is an adjacent non accessible farm field that occasionally has rotating bulls or sheep. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 5 mins walk. There is a Housekeeping Bond of £200.00. Please refrain from charging elec vehicles, elec charging points are at Corwyn Rhug Estate Farm approx 5 minutes away.

Set at the gathering point of five rivers, amongst stunning North Wales countryside, is the charming market town of Corwen. Offering plenty of local amenities including traditional butchers’, greengrocers and bakeries as well as a selection of pubs and restaurants, Corwen provides everything you need whilst discovering this stunning area. Circular walks lead from the centre of the town, wiith a festival dedicated to walking, talking place each year, plus there are many pleasant cycling and mountain biking trails nearby.
