Please note the follow dates apply for Christmas and new year bookings: 18th to the 27th December 2026 - 9 night booking only 27th December to the 2nd January 2027 - 6 night booking only 17th December to the 27th of December 2027 - 10 night booking only. 27th December 2027 to the 2nd January 2028 - 6 night booking only. Rose Cottage is a terraced cottage in the village of Linton near to Grassington in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. The cottage sleeps four people and has two double bedrooms with ensuites and an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside is off road parking and a balcony with outdoor furniture. Set right in the heart of the Dales, Rose Cottage is a superb holiday home for discovering this magnificent part of the country.



The Neighborhood:

Set along the Linton Beck, the village of Linton itself is home to packhorse bridges, stepping-stones and fords, as well as multiple stone houses clustered around the central green, all dating from the 17th and 18th Century. The Fountaine Hospital, founded in 1721 is also located in the village and is one of the regions most renowned landmarks. Close by are the Linton Falls on the River Wharfe and a variety of paths and bridleways through the picturesque countryside. Down dale are the haunting Abbey ruins and Priory at Bolton Abbey, whilst the elegant town of Ilkley, overlooked by the famous Ilkley Moor, is within easy driving distance. Kettlewell and Buckden, with spectacular limestone scenery are also worth visiting.
