Appliances include AGA oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and for entertainment there is a TV and WiFi. The bedrooms include a family room with two king beds, three doubles and a twin, served by a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside there is a patio with furniture, hot tub and barbecue, a heated games room, gym/sauna, double tennis courts, a croquet lawn and ample off-road parking. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. Within 2.5 miles there is a shop, pub and beach and please note, two well-behaved pets are welcome but sorry, there is no smoking. The delightful seaside town of Lyme Regis has much to offer its visitors, boasting a maze of narrow streets filled with craft and antique shops, galleries and cafes. Take a stroll along the world-famous Cobb causeway overlooking the ancient harbour, where fishing trips can be enjoyed, or try your hand at fossil hunting in the area. The scenic coastal path offers excellent walking opportunities and spectacular views of the stunning Jurassic coast, whilst the gently shelving sands and sparkling waters of Lyme Bay provide the perfect place in which to relax and unwind.
