Machlud Haul, a single-storey farmhouse consists of an open-plan kitchen/ living space with a dining table seating four, Smart TV, electric fire, fridge/freezer, gas oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, microwave and toaster. There is a double and a twin, serviced by a bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed rear lawned garden with a picnic bench and access to a shared area with a duck pond, barbecue and a shared games room, plus designated parking for two cars. Fuel, power, oil central heating, WiFi, bed linen and towels are all included. One well-behaved pet welcome, but no smoking. You’ll find a pub in 1 mile and a shop in 3.6. Machlud Haul is an ideal base for those seeking a peaceful escape in Carmarthenshire. Note: There are a couple of steps to the exterior, please take care. Note: Dogs must be kept on leads when outside due to the property being on a working farm. Note: 5 stables are available upon request for horses. Note: A hot tub is available upon request. The superb coastline of both south and west Wales is within 20 miles for great seaside days and coastal walks on the world renowned Welsh coastal path. An excellent central location to enjoy the south west of Wales.
