There are six bedrooms, all with Smart TVs and four with en-suites, including a super-king-size, a king-size, a ground-floor king-size, two doubles, and a family room with super-king-size and bunk, along with a main bathroom. Outside there is a wrap-around garden with lawn, patio, furniture and hot tub, and a private driveway. This is a pet-free and smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 2.3 miles and a pub in 0.9 miles. Farmhouse is a delightful base for an escape to Conwy. Note: The property is located on the owner's working farm. Note: Check in Days are Mondays and Friday. Please note: The hot tub isn't available on the day of departure.

We stayed at Plas Iolyn as a family because we were visiting Zip world. We found the cottage to be comfortable and exactly as it looks in the photos. All the bedrooms are of an equal standard, which is great.
We all really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.
