Please note that the apartment is part of a community, and we kindly ask guests to respect the neighbors and common areas. Specifically, the gardens, swimming pool, and other common areas are shared with other residents. We also kindly ask to keep noise to a minimum, especially between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

For those preferring public transport, the apartment is well-connected. While specific bus routes and times vary, local bus stops are within walking distance, offering access to various destinations. The main bus station in Marbella provides connections to other towns and cities. The Malaga Airport (AGP) is approximately a 45-minute drive away, and taxis and ride-sharing services are readily available. Consider the flexibility of a rental car to discover the Costa del Sol at your own pace.

📌 Unauthorized Guests: Only the number of guests listed in the reservation may stay at the property. Exceeding the maximum occupancy or bringing unregistered guests will result in a €150 fee and may lead to cancellation of the reservation without refund.
📌 Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Guests may use the outdoor areas if needed. Please note that indoor smoking will incur a €100 fine.
📌 Pets: Pets are strictly not allowed on the property. Any violation of this rule may result in additional cleaning fees and cancellation of the reservation.
📌 Community Rules: The property is part of a friendly residential area, so we kindly ask guests to avoid parties or loud gatherings.
If checkout instructions are not followed an 80 EUR charge applies.
To help us maintain the high standards of the property and ensure everything is in perfect condition for your stay, we kindly ask for a refundable security deposit of €200. This is a standard procedure and simply serves as a precaution for any potential damages or extra cleaning that might be needed.
Rest assured, the full amount will be refunded after your check-out, following an inspection of the property. The deposit is typically returned well within 15 days, and often much sooner.
Please note that the check-in instructions will be provided once the deposit has been received and the check-in form has been filled out.
