Villalino Tre Palme, Pool, Fitness, 2 BR, 2 Bathrooms

Enjoy the sunrise in the morning, go straight from bed into the pool, and then enjoy a lovely breakfast outdoors. Breathe in the scent of the pine trees and the wonderful fresh air.

Our Villalino has 2 bedrooms with flat-screen Smart TVs, high-speed internet, use of the pool directly in front of the kitchen/living area, 2 bathrooms, one of which is accessible via the terrace, a private outdoor area for dining and sunbathing, and, when it gets colder, a cozy wood-burning fireplace.

Our small Villalino has 2 bedrooms, each with a Smart TV and high-speed internet. The living area is combined with the kitchen area. The kitchen has a counter with high stools for dining. There is one indoor bathroom and one outdoor bathroom accessible via the terrace.

Guests can enjoy their own private outdoor area with sun loungers, a dining table, and an awning for shade. Free parking is available in the driveway. Outdoor fitness equipment is available for use on the driveway level.

The guest house is reached via 2 flights of stairs from the driveway level. The usable pool is 16 m long and 4 m wide and has several jets. On the roof of the Villalino, there is a sunbathing area with outdoor showers. There is also an outdoor shower by the pool.

Bedroom 1 has a large double bed measuring 1.80 m x 2 m, and bedroom 2 has a double bed measuring 1.60 m x 2 m.

The pool is open all year round and can be used for swimming. As we want to contribute to a positive CO₂ footprint, the pool is not heated and we let nature regulate the temperature. Depending on the season, the pool temperature is between 13°C in winter, December/January, and 27°C in July/August.

The pool and fitness area are shared with the owner’s family, should they be on site. The main house of the property, where the owners stay when they are there, is one level below your house, so everyone has their own peace and privacy ;-).

Unfortunately, there is no washing machine in the Villalino, but laundry can be given to Catherina for washing at a fee of €15 per load.
