Located on the first floor, the apartment provides direct access to the walking paths of Godewindpark and the nearby coast. Thanks to its central location, local attractions such as the Old Lighthouse and the lively promenade are just a short walk away.

The layout is designed to make optimal use of space and natural light. The separate bedroom features a comfortable box-spring bed. In the main living area, a double sofa bed provides additional sleeping space, while the open-plan kitchen with dining area is fully equipped for self-catering. Practical amenities such as air conditioning, underfloor heating, and high-speed Wi-Fi ensure a comfortable living environment year-round – whether you're coming for a summer vacation or a winter getaway.

A special highlight is the west-facing loggia, accessible from both the living room and the bedroom. This covered outdoor area is perfect for enjoying the evening sun and fresh sea air.
