This modern two-room apartment offers 52 square meters of living space and can accommodate up to four people – ideal for couples, small families, or friends who value quality and comfort.

A particular highlight is the covered, west-facing loggia, which provides sunshine and fresh Baltic Sea air throughout the day. Enjoy breakfast outdoors, relax with a good book, or unwind with a glass of wine in the evening sun. The loggia is accessible from both the living area and the bedroom and is furnished with comfortable garden furniture – perfect for relaxing hours outdoors.

With its underfloor heating, sun-protection glazed windows (some floor-to-ceiling), and tasteful decor, the apartment offers a comfortable living environment year-round. Free Wi-Fi and a clothes drying rack are also provided.

The open-plan living and dining area invites you to linger. A comfortable double sofa bed provides two additional sleeping spaces, and a large flat-screen TV offers entertainment on quieter days.

The adjoining, fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: Here you'll find a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, a coffee maker, a toaster, an egg cooker, a kettle, a microwave, and a stove with a ceramic hob and oven.
