The location provides quick access to Godewindpark, while the Old Lighthouse and the promenade are just a short stroll away.

The interior features underfloor heating and floor-to-ceiling windows with solar control glazing, ensuring a comfortable living environment year-round. The separate bedroom is furnished with a high-quality box-spring bed and its own flat-screen TV. The living area includes a comfortable double sofa bed and a second large television. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, oven, and practical extras such as an egg cooker and microwave, leaves nothing to be desired for self-catering.

The bathroom boasts modern amenities, including a walk-in shower, a heated towel rail, and a hairdryer. Since the apartment is explicitly designed to be dog-friendly, four-legged friends are very welcome. Maritime attractions and the beach train station in the immediate vicinity make this apartment an ideally connected base for your coastal holiday.
