Welcome to this charming house in Bräcke, located outside Kärna - a quiet and natural location only about 30 minutes by car from both Marstrand and Gothenburg. A winding gravel road leads to the house where you are greeted by beautiful nature, tranquility and the chirping of birds. Here you live on a natural plot with lovely grassy areas in a smaller cottage area. This with proximity to the sea, beaches and cliffs, while services and entertainment are within easy reach. The house is about 90 square meters and offers up to five sleeping places divided into two bedrooms and a glazed conservatory (winter-covered) with a sofa bed. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other a single bed, and there is also the possibility of extra sleeping space with a thick, inflatable mattress. The layout is pleasant with a welcoming entrance floor where you are immediately greeted by a fully tiled and fresh bathroom with shower and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a fridge, freezer, stove, dishwasher and has a dining area and access to the large balcony, and next to it is a cozy living room with a TV and a wood-burning stove that warms you during cooler evenings. On the right side there is another bedroom and a fantastic winter-equipped conservatory with large sliding glass panels from floor to ceiling - one of the real highlights of the house where you can enjoy both sunny days and warm evenings in comfortable lounge furniture. The terrace is generous, about 70 square meters, and offers several seating areas both under cover and in the sun, as well as a SPA bath and barbecue facilities. The plot is large and close to nature with grassy areas and surrounding forest where wildlife is abundant. An additional house is being built on the plot, which means some impact on the garden, and therefore supervision of younger children is recommended. In the basement, which is currently being renovated, there is a washing machine and an extra shower that can be used. The area around Bräcke is known for its ancient remains from the Stone Age and its rich animal and bird life. Nearby there are several nice excursion destinations and swimming spots, such as Kovikshamn (4.8 km) and Sundhammars badplats (4.2 km) a family and child-friendly sea bath with a bathing jetty, sandy bottom and fine rocks for sunbathing, picnicking and canoe rental. Vedhall (3.6 km) offers spectacular views of the Sälofjord, Marstrand and Ryskärsfjord. Here you can paddle along small islands, a real west coast landscape. Only about 10 km away is Tofta Herrgård with a nature reserve, horse riding and golf, and within 15–16 km you reach Marstrand with its historical charm, sailing life and the mighty Carlsten Fortress. Kungälv, (about 7 km) offers shopping, restaurants and attractions such as Bohus Fortress, while Gothenburg's wide range of entertainment such as Liseberg and Universeum can be reached in about 40 minutes by car. For everyday needs, there is a convenience store and gas station only 3 km from the house. Tjörn and Orust are within easy reach and offer culture in Pilane, salty swimming, coastal hiking and charming fishing villages to explore. This is a perfect accommodation for those of you who are looking for peace and nature, but at the same time want to be close to the sea, activities and city life on the west coast.
