This charming holiday home is just a 10 minute stroll from the beach and close to the popular Princes Park in Eastbourne - a great location for a relaxing seaside getaway.
Designed to maximise light while keeping a low carbon footprint, this thoughtfully styled cottage offers a bright and welcoming space for your stay. The spacious open-plan living area is perfect for spending time together, with two comfortable sofas and a Smart TV with DVD.
The contemporary kitchen and dining area sits just behind, featuring a sleek breakfast bar island, oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine. There is even an air conditioning for added comfort in the summer months. A ground-floor shower room with WC adds extra convenience.
Upstairs, the generous master bedroom includes a king-size bed, built-in wardrobes and another air conditioning units. Two further bedrooms – a charming twin and a cosy single, both with characterful sloping ceilings – mean this family friendly property is ideal for a family of five (or friends sharing). The second bathroom on this level boasts a bath with shower over.
Bed linen and towels are provided (pack your beach towels) and of course there is WiFi throughout. An off road parking space is just the cherry on top to make this a hugely convenient holiday let.
