Kingfisher is a terraced barn conversion a 1-mile walk from the centre of Whitby. The cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms which are a ground floor king-size double with an en-suite shower room, a king-size double with an en-suite bathroom and a twin room with an en-suite bathroom. There is also an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburner. Outside there is an enclosed patio with furniture and a barbecue and off road parking for two cars. Kingfisher is a lovely holiday home to relax in after a busy day exploring the beautiful surrounding area. Minimum 3 night stay. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. This Property does not accept Sunday arrivals or departures

The ancient fishing port of Whitby lies at the mouth of the River Esk and is ideally situated for exploring this beautiful part of Yorkshire, with its superb coastline and close proximity to the spectacular North York Moors. Whitby is a charming and atmospheric town of winding streets and hidden alleys, with a picturesque harbour, safe sandy beaches and of course the Abbey, reached by the famous 199 steps.
