Master bedroom
The large master bedroom offers a king size bed next to french doors which flood the room with natural light and provide an attractive view of treetops and out to Poole Harbour. There is direct access from the bedroom to the wrap-around balcony, offering the opportunity to enjoy the sunrise and sunset with the minimum of effort during your stay.
The room is elegantly styled to complement the property’s surroundings, with natural materials and green accents. There is an XX Smart TV in this room, making it ideal for getting some rest and relaxation away from the kids!
There are bedside cabinets, a dressing table with a mirror, and a skandi style open wardrobe for storing clothing during your stay.
The bed in this room can also be made into two single beds upon request (ideal for business bookings or friends to share).
The immaculate en suite features floor to ceiling grey tiling and matte black fixings giving the room a modern and clean finish. Facilities include a walk in shower with rainfall head and separate hand held head, WC and basin. There is a heated towel rail and illuminated anti-fog mirror for your convenience. Bedroom 2
The soft natural palette of this room perfectly complements the woodland backdrop outside, viewed through the glass french doors which lead directly out onto a large balcony area.

When you’re not sleeping this room is also a perfect oasis to chill out and catch up on some box sets using the wall mounted TV. There are built-in wardrobes and bedside tables for storage.

Kitchen/lounge
The open plan kitchen/lounge provides a stylish and comfortable communal area for guests to socialise together.
The pristine kitchen features a fitted full-size fridge freezer, induction hob, electric oven, crockery for six guests and a large dishwasher. There is a fitted washer for your convenience during your stay. The breakfast bar has seating for four guests and is the perfect spot to have a coffee or catch up on some work - enjoy complementary WiFi access during your stay. Next to the kitchen there is a dining table with space for four guests to enjoy a sit down meal.
The accent three seater sofa sits adjacent to balcony doors so everyone can enjoy views of the woodland area and surrounding coastline. Aurora Penthouse has a modern glass and decking balcony which can be accessed from both bedrooms and the lounge. Overlooked by none, the wrap-around balcony offers an intimate space where you could practise yoga at sunrise, and enjoy the sunset through the trees in the evening, with a glass of wine and a good book in hand.

Parking
There is allocated parking with space for one car. Please note the block uses a car registration plate recognition system. We will contact you before your stay and record your reg number. Please only park this vehicle during your stay or you may receive a parking fine. Grandeur property does not accept liability for parking tickets while you stay with us.
Public Transport
Aurora has excellent transport links, with a variety of buses available on Ashley Road. The closest train station is Bournemouth (1.7 miles). Bournemouth Airport is 25 minutes’ drive from this property.

You will have exclusive use of the property for the duration of your stay. The quality of every guest’s experience is vital to the team, which is why they will ensure the home is presented to the very highest standard for your arrival.
You can also expect an attentive and responsive service during your stay, so should you encounter any problems or need advice or assistance, the team will be on-hand to help. Contact details will be shared with you when you confirm your stay.
The minimum age required for the lead guest is 18. Please note that if you are below the age minimum your booking will be cancelled.
Please note that upon confirming your booking, we kindly request all guests to complete a pre-check-in form as part of our security process. This helps ensure a safe and smooth experience for everyone during your stay.
