What makes this property unique
There are amazing views from just about every window on the 2nd floor. The property abuts a nature preserve in the back yard and an even larger preserve across the street that provides access to the waterway and bay. Unlike much of OCNJ, this neighborhood is relatively quiet in the summer time which allows for street parking in addition to the driveway which fits 3 cars. The playground, tennis & basketball courts, ACME, Wawa and the beach are all just a short (5 minute) bike ride away yet the neighborhood is secluded with virtually no thru traffic. There's no need to worry about traffic when the kids ride and play on the streets. You get it all with this house, including peace and tranquility.
