On the first floor there is a fully equipped modern galley kitchen with all the utensils you need. There is an electric hob cooker, oven and microwave, fridge freezer,kettle and toaster.

There is also a private WC.

The living room is very spacious and gets lots of light due to large bay windows and retains its original Victorian fireplace which is for decorative purposes only.

There is plenty of seating with comfy sofas, coffee table and a desk.

Boasting a brand new 55inch Samsung smart Tv with full sky tv and Netflix.

On the second floor directly above the living room is the king size bedroom with bay windows which also gets lots of light. There is also a good sized modern en-suite shower and WC.

Guest access
We offer either face to face check in at the property or key box collection in which details will be confirmed with the guests prior to there arrival

Other things to note
A £200 security deposit is required to be paid by the guest up on check in and is fully refunded once checked out.
ID is required during check in.
