About this property

15mins walk to beach! Cozy apartment with communal pool and BBQ area!

This is a cozy second floor apartment in Alvor with only a 15min walk to the beach. The apartment is gated and has a good size communal pool with a children's pool right next to it. You can also enjoy the quiet space of the gardens with swings for the children and even cook up a BBQ in the communal BBQ area. The apartment can sleep up to 4 people, it has 2 single beds in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. There is also a travel cot available. Free wifi and lots of TV channels too. There is a lift to the apartment and it also gives access to the pool too. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a local supermarket just 10min walk. It is also a 20min walk to the town centre of Alvor where there are plenty of local restaurants, bars and shops. If driving there is plenty of free parking right by the apartment building. There is an ECO-point Island at the bottom of the apartment street for all household rubbish and recycling. There is a lot to explore and do in the area. We spend all our summers here with our 3 kids.

Our stay in this apartment was excellent! The apartment was very clean and fully equipped, the perfect location helped us for visiting the entire Algarve; the owner Ana is very kind and she helped us at the best!

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment is very spacious, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable. The swimming pool is excellent, and all the shared areas are exceptionally well maintained. It is also close to the beach. The apartment has a lovely, spacious balcony, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. Without a doubt, this is a place we would happily stay at again and highly recommend!

Nice clean quiet place, liked the fact that I could see the ocean, great open view to Lagos. The complex the unit was in was very clean and well maintained - great pool. If you have mobility issues and do not have a car understand you have to walk to town and the beach. Great shopping and restaurants nearby. Very modern and seems new Mercado just past the Chicken Tavern. Had everything you would need. Chicken Tavern is good as is the Mediterranean restaurant at the bottom of the hill going towards the beach also Wilds Sandwich shop is very good.

Bom apartamento, tudo o que é presciso para umas férias tranquilas e sossegadas. A única coisa a apontar é a falta de ar condicionado no apartamento.

Why they chose this property

We like Alvor a lot because it is still a quiet area in the Algarve region. However it is still very lively too and you can still have the restaurants, bars, shops etc near by. The beaches are quite large and very nice. There is a lot to do and explore in the area both for adults and children.

What makes this property unique

We love the apartment because it has really nice surroundings and also it is gated. The condominium look after the buildings really well. The pool is well maintained and so are the gardens. It is also in a great location to go to Alvor and Portimao but also other places in the Algarve region.
