Looking for a great place to gather with friends and family? This vacation getaway is a 3 floor home away from home. Great location - near downtown and walking distance from beach. This cottage is a block away from the park and the library. Location has a great room on main floor with gas fireplace, first floor bedroom and full bath. Lower level includes finished basement with bar, bedroom and full bath. There is a 2nd floor gathering area and large bonus room that sleeps 6. Property has a deck and gas grill for outdoor fun and a large yard. HD TV is available with DVD player. The location has WIFI. We do not provide sheets or towels. AC usage fee will occur when you use air with outside temperature under 80 F.

Fall Colors

Colors were good but not quite at peak. A bit rainy as well. Oh well! Still did some good photography and had time to do some post processing. Fortunately the house was cozy so hanging out was just fine for the week. Will return next year.

Great Family Stay

We stayed at this cozy home for a family wedding. The home was clean and had plenty of space for us to enjoy the stay. The location was perfect for us, with all the activities taking place within a few blocks. The owner was very responsive to our questions. A wonderful stay; we would use this place again.

Bonus Amenities

We were very impressed with the bonus amenities kept in the garage- the bikes, yard games, beach chairs, and sporting equipment all added to the fun of our time in Pentwater. This property has a lovely yard that easily accommodates group games and fireside chats. It also has a wonderful deck for relaxing and visiting. This home was a great fit for our group of 9 with sitting areas on each floor. We really appreciated the flexibility of the host in details that were important to us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return!

Excellent experience!

Pleasantly surprised...picture didn't do it justice! Worked out great for a multi-family vacation. Three levels to provide each family with a private area. Kitchen had everything we needed as far as pots, pans, appliances, etc. Beautiful deck area in a well maintained yard. Quiet and peaceful surroundings! Lots of amenities for our stay - board games, puzzles, bikes, wi-fi, cable tv and more. Excellent, spacious bathroom facilities.

Why they chose this property

Pentwater is a wonderful place that holds many memories fur our family. This vacation spot is located in the heart of town. 7 minute walk to town, 15 minute walk to the beach and block to library and school park.

What makes this property unique

The well-planned kitchen makes food preparation easy. The large sliders provide lots of light. While it looks compact, the space accommodates many people, with multiple gathering spaces within the house. The fireplace creates a quaint ambiance.
