Cozy Cottage w/ Wifi-and private Lake Michigan beach access

PRIVATE LAKE MICHIGAN BEACH ACCESS, IN-GROUND COMMUNITY POOL, TENNIS, BASKETBALL, AND SAND VOLLEY BALL COURTS AVAILABLE FOR YOUR USE.
This is a brand new cottage located in Duna Vista Resort. Just minutes walking or biking distance from the LAKE!! This gorgeous 1700 sq. ft. cottage has 4 bedrooms & 2 full bathroom, It sleeps 8 comfortably! , The main floor has 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom and the basement has a recreation TV room, another full bathroom, and two more bedrooms.

All furniture and appliances in this cozy cottage are brand new. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a microwave, brand new refrigerator with ice maker, brand new stove, toaster, Keurig, coffee maker, and blender. The cottage has linens, towels, bedding, washer, dryer & cleaning supplies. We have cable hooked to a 4K SMART TV in the main living room. If you have any Netflix or Hulu accounts you will be able to access them while staying with us. We also provide WiFi ready for use. We will have beach chairs and coolers for your convenience. Main floor has open floor plan with a living room and kitchen. It has a cute hutch to store your gear as you enter the foyer. The main floor bedrooms have Queen size beds. The basement has a room with a Queen bed and the other bedroom has a queen bed and one set of bunks in it. The TV recreation room will have a futon and a second TV. This home is part of an association, so there are tennis, basketball and sand volley ball courts, and an in-ground pool available for your use as well! This is a beautiful area to vacation with so many things to do in the area from fantastic views of Lake Michigan, beautiful beaches, and beautiful paths for walking or running. We are close to the following attractions: AJs for Putt Putt Golf and go carts for the kids, Silver Lake for dune buggy rides, and Michigan Adventures. Downtown Pentwater is a 5 minute ride where it offers specialty shops and restaurants as well as band concerts on Thursday nights. Sorry, no pets! Starting after Memorial day we will only take weekly rentals throughout the summer until Labor Day. Fall, Winter and Spring we will take any rentals as required. We will work out check in and check outs with you at the time of the booking. We look forward to have you come stay with us.

We had a relaxing week-long stay in August. The cottage was sparkling clean, well-stocked (kitchen supplies, board games, yard games, beach gear), and in a quiet area. The beach was very close and the water was crystal clear. The kids had fun playing on the swingset by the clubhouse and shooting hoops when the weather was too cool for the beach. We love how the cottage is located very close to downtown Pentwater, but also only a short drive to a bigger city like Ludington. This was our fourth stay and we will be back for a fifth!

We loved our stay!! The house was extremely clean, well stocked kitchen that met all of our needs. The beds were very comfortable. Beautiful setting and a very short drive to the beach and outdoor swimming pool. The hosts were very accessible if we needed anything, which we didn’t, because everything was perfect! We would definitely stay her again. Short drive to Pentwater for shopping and eating.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this cute, spacious cottage. Our family so enjoyed our stay. It is immaculate, beautifully decorated, in calm, pleasing colors and furnishings, and equipped with everything one needs to enjoy time together. The kitchen was a joy for my son-in-law, who loves to cook. There is a Blackstone griddle for barbecuing and a great deck with table and chairs for outdoor eating and socializing. We were blessed with beautiful beach weather for most of the days, but we also spent many fun hours at the pool. Many wonderful family memories were made during our stay the summer of 2025.

Our second stay at the cottage was as memorable as the first. The property was clean, well-appointed, and big enough to let our family spread out. The private beach was very relaxing and the kids had a blast. It is located close to downtown Pentwater, but it's also a short drive to even more attractions in Hart, Ludington, and New Era. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful surroundings, clean home

We had a great stay at this cottage! It was my husband and I, my parents, and our 4 kids (ages 14, 12, 10, and 6). The home was very clean, the kitchen was stocked very well, allowing us to easily cook most of our meals there. The beds and linens were comfy too! The pool was wonderful, especially when the lake water was a bit too chilly for us to stay there long! The private beach area was nice. The neighborhood was very quiet, and all the people we chatted with were kind! It’s hilly though, so not very walkable to get to the beach area with kids in tow. We drove there (or you could rent a golf cart)! The town of Pentwater was quaint, and Ludington isn’t far and was nice too! We drove to Sleeping Bear Dunes one day too, which was definitely worth it! Thanks for the great stay!

Great Home in Great Location

This is a great house near Lake Michigan and Pentwater. The community-access beach was lovely, quiet and easily accessible. We were able to use the location as a spot to have quiet days at the cottage or easily drive to area activities (Pentwater, Ludington, Historic White Pine Village, Michigan Adventure, Mears State Park). The cottage was clean and had plenty of space for our party of 8. Kitchen had absolutely everything we needed to cook dinners every night. The location is very quiet and we saw numerous deer and wild turkey while sitting in the home. Hosts were easily accessible and answered any question we had quickly. Highly recommend staying here and hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

Lovely Property and Setting

We were a group of 6, 2 seniors, 4 adults, and a 3 yr old. The place was perfect for us. We were able to do all sorts of cooking, from chili to an apple pie to walleye on the Blackstone outside. The private resort beach has firepits, and we bought wood from across the street from the resort for a sunset marshmallow toast. The stars at night are amazing. On a couple days too cool for the lake, the pool was perfect. We would definitely stay in this cottage again. The hosts were great and the place was clean and charming.
