At night, the comfortable sofa easily transforms into a double bed to ensure a restful sleep after a day exploring the city. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning for your comfort in any season of the year.

- Check-out: Before 11:00 AM.
- It is a quiet building, so parties or events are not allowed.
- Non-smoking apartment.
- Check-in is done in person to give you a warm welcome and answer any questions.

- Check-in and Check-out times: Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out must be before 11:00 AM to allow for cleaning of the apartment for the next guests.

- Occupancy: The maximum capacity of the apartment is 2 people. No additional guests are allowed.

- Parties and events: It is not permitted to hold parties, events, or noisy gatherings in the apartment. We kindly ask you to keep noise levels low, especially during quiet hours (from 10:00 PM to 08:00 AM), out of respect for the neighbors in the community.

- Pets: Your four-legged friend is welcome! We accept a maximum of 1 pet upon prior request. We appreciate you ensuring that your pet does not cause disturbance or damage.

- Tobacco: This is a smoke-free space. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

- Apartment care: Treat the studio and its equipment with care, as if it were your own home. When leaving, please leave the apartment in a reasonable state of order and cleanliness. Make sure to turn off the air conditioning and lights.

- Security: Please always lock the door when leaving the apartment. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
