This spacious barn conversion is in the heart of the village of Bolberry, just a short distance from the National Trust beauty spot, Bolberry Down. This versatile is the perfect home from home, the place where you can create memories that turn into myths and legends that are talked about for years to come. Bacchus Barn is not just for this year’s staycation, but you will want to return year after year after year.
THE GOOD HOUSEKEEPING BOND
As per our listing details, we operate using a Good Housekeeping Bond and whilst we do not take a physical deposit, we have up to 14 days after departure to charge for any additional cleaning or damages caused during your stay and not reported. We understand that accidents can happen so please let us know if you have anything to report before your departure. Thank you

- Parties are strictly prohibited this is a quiet residential area not suitable for events
- Extra guests are not allowed unless previously authorised
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property
- We do not allow the use of candles ethanol burners or any other naked flame items. This is a safety precaution to help us prevent a fire starting in the home
- Respect for neighbours is highly appreciated. Please keep the noise down especially after 10pm
- It is not permitted to charge electric vehicles using the property`s electricity supply.
