A brand new 3rd floor apartment located front line to the beach, just a few steps to one of the more popular beaches in the area.

The apartment is bright and airy and has been furnished to a high standard. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin room. Two bathrooms, one of which is the master ensuite with shower and a further family bathroom with bath.

There is a private roof top solarium with uninterrupted sea views with plenty of space for roof top dining or just relaxing with a cool drink on the comfortable sofas whilst admiring the stunning sea views. There is also a large parasol for shade.

The property has air conditioning installed throughout the bedrooms and lounge dining areas, with ceiling fans in the 2 bedrooms and lounge.

The sea and mountain views can also be enjoyed from the lounge terrace.

There is an underground parking space available.
