About this property

Recently constructed and completed to a high standard each with their own theme, Nature, Forest and Peonia Suites.

Approached by a sweeping driveway there is ample parking for the three studio apartments each with their own private terrace area with stunning views of the Mojacar coastline. An external staircase from the terrace area leads to the spectacular infinity pool with jacuzzi area and beautiful waterfall feature together with large garden area to relax and take in the stunning views. The sensation of peace, tranquility and space is amazing.

Each studio boasts a lounge area with smart TV and fibre internet, a compact kitchen area and themed bedroom zone. The modern walk in shower room has been cleverly designed to ensure privacy but that the spectacular views can be enjoyed even whilst showering!

The owner´s own villa is located withing the grounds, above the studio apartments.

A shared washing machine is also available in a communal area together with a shaded chill out zone.

A multigym and exercise area is also available to guests.

The beaches of Mojacar Playa can be reached in 5 minutes by car and for walkers the area is surrounded by walking routes.
