SELF CHECK-IN Check-in time is after 3:00 pm, and check-out time is before 11:00 am.
A £100.00 fee will be charged for lost keys, broken keys, or key-related call-outs, so please take care with them.
An additional charge will apply if guests check in early, check out late without permission, or fail to return the keys to the key safe upon departure.
CLEANING/ LINEN The property will be cleaned and prepared with linen and towels for your arrival. Mid-stay cleans are not included, but please get in touch if you would like to book a clean with fresh linen and towels during your stay.
Linen and bedding are not provided for the travel cot; please bring your own if required.
We provide a limited supply of consumables (toilet roll, travel-size shampoo/conditioner, etc.) to help kick-start your stay and will recommend a local store where you can easily purchase more once you have settled in.
SMART TV The TV offers on-demand apps only—no regular or Freeview channels. Guests must use their own login details for services like Netflix and Prime Video.
