Pool operates seasonally (end of March - middle of November)
Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 70 €/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. *Kindly note that a pool cover is not available

Internal Living : Designed as a refined residence, the Villa unfolds across two levels, offering 160m² of impeccably curated interior living space. Contemporary elegance is seamlessly balanced with relaxed island comfort, while the layout has been thoughtfully conceived to ensure wellbeing, and effortless flow for group living. Expansive interiors, refined materials, and a calming aesthetic create an atmosphere of understated comfort throughout.
