Welcome to this charming apartment on the upper floor with a separate entrance. Perfect starting point for wonderful excursions! In the immediate vicinity you can see the sparkling waters of Lake Lelången and you are close to everything that Bengtsfors has to offer. From the kitchen you are greeted by a calming view of the water, a perfect place for your morning coffee while the sun sparkles over the lake. The accommodation offers a wonderful combination of function and comfort. In the living room there are sleeping accommodations in the form of a double bed and an extra bed. The fireplace is for decoration and should not be used for heating. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet and shower. Access to the washing machine is in a separate laundry room downstairs and can be used after agreement with the owner. It is a shared plot with the owner, whose house is about 12 m away, however, your accommodation has its own separate part of the garden and the location is partially protected from view. Within easy walking distance, about 400 m away, you have the Sågudden bathing area. There are also several places in the municipality where you can rent a canoe and go out on the water. This is an accommodation that suits you if you are looking for peace, closeness to nature and a place to relax after a day of activities and exploration on the nice walking paths and cycle paths in the area.
