The property is secluded and tranquil, perfect for those looking to relax and get away from everyday life. It consists of a main house and a separate annex, making it ideal for families or smaller groups. The main house offers two bedrooms with a total of three beds, a kitchen, a WC with washbasin, and a cozy living room with a fireplace that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. From the house you have access to a large terrace with a charcoal grill, perfect for long dinners and relaxing moments surrounded by greenery. The annex provides additional sleeping space for up to four people and also includes a shower and sauna, offering extra comfort and relaxation after a day outdoors, as well as a smaller terrace. In the Marvikarna area there are plenty of activities for those who want to be active or explore the surroundings. The Sörmlandsleden trail passes nearby, offering beautiful hiking routes through forests and along the water, and there are great opportunities for kayaking or canoeing between the lakes as well as fishing in clear waters. Nearby you will find Skottvångs Gruva where you can learn about traditional charcoal kilns while enjoying coffee or lunch in a pleasant environment. During the season, concerts and sometimes children’s summer theatre are also arranged – a really nice place well worth a visit. The area also offers great opportunities for berry and mushroom picking in season, as well as beautiful swimming spots and rocky shores where you can enjoy the peace and nature.
