Casa Cristal 1 is located in the prestigious area of Miami Playa-Pino Alto. The area has no high-rise buildings, primarily villas and houses. Casa Cristal 1 is a newly built (open for 2022), which is only situated 250M from the beach, Playa Cristal. The house has 4 double bedrooms, two bathrooms, and air conditioned.

On the ground floor of the house, you will find:

All windows are equipped with electric shutters. Free WIFI is available. They are cameras in the public area.

EXCLUSIVELY by us outside HEATED POOL with a temperature between 28 to 30 degrees celsius (heated from April to October). The pool has a separate child-friendly area. A heated jacuzzi is available from April until the first week of October. The pool area is fenced off. The houses are just around the corner from the beach, where you can choose to eat in one of the many restaurants or beach bars. All shopping requirements are in the main town of Miami Playa. You can choose from Lidle, Consum, Esclat, Cobrado, Spa, etc. The nearest supermarket Esclat is just 700 meters away.
