Newly renovated, Scandinavian inspired, apartment with all the amenities we have noted that guests desire in a home away from home. 3 bedrooms that includes 2 king sized beds/1 single bed/1.5 bath with private, in-unit laundry, fast Wifi, smart TV's, large kitchen with prep island and ample free street parking at the side of the home.

This unit is SUPERHOST approved, come stay with us, you will be happy that you did!

Guest access
This is a 1st floor unit in a residential building (see picture of the exterior of the home for a visual). You will have the entire apartment to yourselves. In addition, you have access to a private entrance through our garage. We utilize the garage space to park our cars, retrieve our packages, etc, yet the majority of the time it is a guest entrance.

Other things to note
There is a tenant who resides at the lower level apartment of the home that shares a furnace with this unit. Due to this, the thermostat is locked to 68-75 degrees to ensure adequate heat and air conditioning is ventilated to the lower level at all times.

This is a nice property in a quiet neighborhood. The property is exactly as described and provided a comfortable stay. One suggestion would be for the host to offer light refreshments, such as tea, coffee, or bottled water, since there aren't many shops within walking distance.The only aspect that was slightly cumbersome was the check-in process. To access the unit, you have to enter three unique codes and pass through three separate doors before reaching the apartment. Once you're checked in, it's perfectly manageable, but if you're arriving late, carrying luggage, or need to use the restroom, it can feel lengthy. Other than that, the stay was pleasant and the property met expectations.
