This place was great. Very clean, easy check in and a great host who was easily accessible and communicative. The place is a little out of the city but easy to get into the city via bus or train. Train (blue line) station is a short walk (20mins) and the bus stops at the end of the street. The apartment is on a very quiet street with plenty of parking and a grocery store a 5-10 min walk away. Would definitely book again.

Safe neighborhood. Host was very responsive when I had questions. I loved that you had free parking right in front. I loved the hot water in the shower, even after the fifth person showered there was tons of hot water for me! Beds were comfortable. Not too soft, not too hard. We also LOVED the location. We took the bus at the end of the street few blocks to the blue line train and went everywhere we wanted to go. Easy bus ride to Wrigley

We really only needed a place to sleep and didn't spend a lot of time at the property. It did seem to have everything you would need, though. We greatly appreciated the shared laundry, as this stop was part of a sixteen day road trip. Parking spots can be limited. We got the last one on the street when we arrived about 5 PM on a Monday. We used rideshares for the next couple of days, which can be around 60 round-trip depending on where we went in the downtown area. Whomever was in the upstairs unit made a lot of noise! The internet did well while working remotely for a bit in the morning, at night we did use our own Hotspot a couple of times. The smoke detector did not have a battery in it. We did encounter about four centipedes inside a bedroom and the kitchen area. Overall, the property was in a safe area, within walking distance to eateries and a Walgreens, had all of the basics and then some, and was well worth the price. We didn't need to communicate with the host, but he did send very detailed information about an hour prior to our arrival, which was very helpful. We would recommend this property.

Host was great and very responsive. Only issues I had was that the couch is very uncomfortable (and not the one listed in the pics) and that there were no oven items (like a cookie sheet or anything) outside of that, everything was good!!

Great Stay!

We had a great stay here. The apartment was clean and spacious and on a nice quiet street with plenty of parking. The location was perfect, with easy access to everywhere we needed to go. Michael was a great host and we look forward to staying again.

Perfect stay!

The location was great and quiet on a one way street, so less traffic. The host was great and even checked in on us during our stay. We had everything we needed for our family. Quick drive to downtown too which is where we spent most of our time.

Best stay in Chicago!

The location is great, several places to go to for local stuff. The beds are very comfortable! Me and my girlfriend tend to go on trips on a budget and we appreciate that this house had stove and other kitchenware that allowed us to cook at home! Best location ever for Chicago! Will definitely stay again in the future!

Cozy and quiet

We loved staying outside of the city in this quiet neighborhood. We were conveniently located within an easy distance to get to everything we wanted throughout our stay. The house was spacious and clean. We loved how quiet the one way street is and would book this spot again.
