Welcome to The Soultree, a detached and ground-floor cottage lovingly designed and renovated with care and attention to detail.
The mix of industrial and boho vibes combined with natural colours creates a sense of calm, warmth and soul.
With 40 m² of living space on a 162 m² plot, this tiny cottage offers a unique blend of comfort, style and relaxation – a place where you can truly feel at home.

The house is ideal for those who love nature, design and a touch of luxury.
From the garden and living room you experience a calm, sunny atmosphere with French doors opening directly to the outside.
The park is surrounded by nature, next to a canal, and forms the perfect base for trips to the beaches, dunes and forests of Schoorl and Bergen, or for a day out to Alkmaar, Amsterdam or the Zaanse Schans.



Layout and interior

Inside, a bright living room awaits with a comfortable sitting area, dining space and direct access to the garden.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, refrigerator, combi oven microwave, Nespresso machine and filter coffee maker. Everything you need to cook with ease and enjoyment is provided.

The master bedroom features a new boxspring bed (160 × 200) and ample storage space.
The second bedroom has a boxspring bed (120 × 200) with storage space underneath.
Both rooms are tastefully furnished with inspiring interior brands that create harmony and a peaceful atmosphere.

The bathroom includes a shower cabin, washbasin and toilet.
The colour palette throughout the cottage is intentionally designed to promote relaxation, reduce stress and connect with the heart chakra. Each room radiates softness and balance.



Garden and outdoor living

The sunny south-west facing garden is a wonderful place to relax.
Start the day with a cup of coffee in the morning light or end it with a glass of wine in the evening sun.
Parking spaces are located directly next to the cottage, adding extra comfort to your stay.
