Just a short drive from Costa port, you’ll find frequent boats and water taxis to Spetses, making island escapes easy and convenient.



The Space:

Pentathlon Villa 3 is a beautifully arranged three-level villa, offering comfort, privacy, and stunning sea views—ideal for families and groups looking for a peaceful coastal escape.



First Level

The lower level features two bedrooms and one bathroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with two single beds, making it a practical and flexible space for guests.



Second Level (Main Living Area)

The middle level offers a bright open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area, with direct access to two inviting outdoor spaces:



East Side: A charming dining area with a small plunge pool (2.20 x 4.20 m, 1.10 m depth), overlooking Dokos Island. Perfect for sunbathing, relaxing dips, and enjoying meals with a view.

West Side: A cozy shaded sitting area, ideal for breakfast or morning coffee. The private BBQ is also located here, creating a relaxed setting for outdoor dining.



Third Level

The top floor features two bedrooms with double beds and one bathroom. Both bedrooms share a balcony with beautiful sea views—perfect for unwinding with a book while overlooking the horizon.



Shared Spaces

A shared BBQ area (subject to availability) is located in the central patio of the complex, with views towards Spetses.

Important Information – Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of €1,000 is required via bank transfer after booking. The full amount will be returned within two days after check-out, provided the property is left in its original condition.

Pentathlon Villa 3 is 3 minutes walk from one of the most beautiful beaches in the area.

Around the Pentathlon development, guests can enjoy by walking distance, two more equally beautiful beaches. In a radius of 10km Guests can also enjoy the Aghios Emilianos beach, Hinitsa beach and Ververonta beach.

This boutique development is located in Costoula, 7 km away from the cosmopolitan Porto Heli. 10 minutes drive. Costoula is a private and picturesque area, which only numbers a few unique Villas.

The Neighbourhood is ideal for relaxing family holidays near the crystal clear blue waters of the Aegean sea.



Getting Around:

Guest would need a car to get to Pentathlon Villa 3 and around the area. The closest restaurant is 4 minutes drive. All the shops, supermarkets, grocery shops and restaurants are in Porto Heli port which is 8 minutes drive from Pentathlon Villa 3.



Other Things to Note:

Housekeeping and linens change is available every three days . This service is included in the once off cleaning fee.



Pool safety warning:

Please note that the pool does not have any safety guards for children/infants. The property can provide you a safety net, upon request, which you will need to install. By finalizing your reservation, you accept that you are the only responsible in case of any accident and not the property.



Guarantee of good use of the property:

You are required to make a bank transfer of 1000 euros to the bank details we will provide you after you make the reservation. The amount will be returned back to your account two days after your check out, given that the property is at its original state.



Interaction with Guests:

Upon arrival guests will find a House manual and a Guide book, where they can find all details they might need during their stay; relating to: restaurants, transportation, activities, maps, boat or car rentals, historical and cultural information, excursions, special occasions, health and safety etc.
